Apple Pie Tortillas

By Marie LeBaron

With apples in season, we’re making a simple dessert the kids can help with in the kitchen. With only a few ingredients, your little ones can help make these apple pie tortillas and will love eating them too!

Green apples
4-inch tortillas
Cinnamon & sugar mix

Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.

Peel and dice the apples. We have an apple corer and peeler and it makes it really easy. Then cut the apples in small slices.

Place a large spoonful of apples onto the center of each tortilla. Add ½ tablespoon of butter and ½ teaspoon of the cinnamon and sugar mix on top of the apples.

Place the apple mixed tortillas onto a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes.

Once they are cooled slightly, cut them with a pizza slicers. Kids can enjoy these with a warm apple cider drink. Happy fall!
